Gold Coast Land Management, LLC (GCLM) is a Central Florida-based forestry, agricultural, and environmental land management firm providing comprehensive in-house services throughout the state of Florida.

Founded in 2017, GCLM is an independent, employee-owned consulting and land management company dedicated to helping clients maximize the value, productivity, and long-term stewardship of their properties. We serve private landowners, corporations, REITs, utilities, mitigation banks, conservation organizations, governmental agencies, and development interests throughout Florida.

Our team has extensive experience in forestry, agriculture, environmental restoration, prescribed fire, land planning, and natural resource management. We have successfully provided management services for private and publicly traded holding companies, industrial forestry operations, mining reclamation projects, energy utilities, agricultural producers, conservation properties, and mitigation banking projects.

Today, GCLM manages and supports more than 200,000 acres across Florida. Our team takes a hands-on approach to land stewardship, combining practical field experience with responsive client service and long-term management planning. Through strong relationships with landowners, regulatory agencies, local governments, and community stakeholders, we help clients achieve their operational, environmental, and financial objectives while responsibly managing Florida's natural resources.
