Gold Coast Land Management, LLC is located in central Florida. We specialize in Forestry and Agriculture land management and provide in-house services to private landowners.

GCLM is an independent, employee-owned forestry and agricultural consulting firm founded in 2017. GCLM identified an opportunity that would benefit landowners in working to maximize the HBU (highest and best end use) for their properties.

With a combined 40 years of experience in meeting clients' objectives, they have extensive experience in providing management services to private and publicly traded holding companies, REITs, mining reclamation co., energy utility co., industrial forestry co., and private landowners.

Currently, GCLM manages over 90,000 acres in northeast FL. Our team brings decades of experience and leadership in sustainable forest management, farming, and planning. We are hands-on managers that take great pride in our solid relationships and service to our clients. We work with the local community and its leadership to maintain public trust and achieve their objectives in managing these special resources.
